About Pre-Anesthesiologist Assistant
Anesthesiologist assistants (AAs) are highly trained allied health professionals who work as part of an anesthesia care team under the direction of an anesthesiologist. They help implement anesthesia plans, monitor patients, and provide safe, quality anesthesia care in clinical settings.
Viterbo prepares students for the rigorous graduate-level education required to become anesthesiologist assistants through a strong foundation in science, patient care, and critical thinking.
