- The student must complete the postsecondary school’s internal complaint or grievance process and receive a decision before filing a complaint with the commission.
- Department faculty have real-world experience in K-12 schools
- Students log over 100 hours of field experience prior to student teaching
- Small classes and personalized attention for each student
