Student Financial Aid at Viterbo
At Viterbo, we know parents and families are important partners in student education, which is why we strive to educate you and your student on financial literacy, grants for college students, and financial aid and scholarships.
Our family and student financial aid office offers:
- tailored financial information support for your student
- direct access to caring financial aid office support staff and administrators
- a close-knit family environment where students are known, valued, and supported as individuals
The first step towards getting tailored financial information is to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) to be considered for financial aid and scholarships as well as grants for college students. Your student may be considered for federal, state, and institutional need-based financial aid programs.
We also offer student financial aid assistance during:
- Accepted Student Day.
- Student Transition and Registration (STAR).
- orientation.
- parent-family town halls held every semester.
- quarterly parent-family newsletters.
Financial Aid and Scholarships
Financial aid and scholarships are critical to making college affordable, which is why we offer numerous scholarship opportunities.
All first-year students accepted for admission are eligible for an academic scholarship along with other scholarship opportunities—both before they enroll at Viterbo and while they are enrolled.
Financial Literacy
We believe every student should graduate with sound financial literacy skills. Our goal is to provide students with the tools and resources necessary to help them understand their finances, develop their money management practices, and to implement an effective financial strategy.
Student Financial Aid Parent Portal
The Parent Portal will allow your student to grant you access to their academic (grades and degree audit) and/or financial (tuition bill, payment, and financial aid) information.
