Always the last Friday of classes, this year's Courtyard Carni takes place Friday, May 2, 2025 in the Assisi courtyard. All Viterbo students are welcome to share a meal and enjoy programming provided by the Weekends at VU team. Please view the descriptions below for more information about the event!

Time: 11 a.m.–3 p.m.
Meal - 11:30a-1:30p: Food will be provided by Aramark. There will also be a snow cone, cotton candy, and ice cream from The Pearl! Vegetarian options will be available as well. This meal is available for all students regardless of meal plan status!
Activities in the Assisi Courtyard:
- Mechanical bull
- Toxic Meltdown
- Velcro Wall
- Yard games
- Caricature artists
- Pie the Professor - sponsored by Student Government Association
- 15+ Viterbo clubs & organizations will be providing tables and programming for students as well!
- Raffle: A raffle will be held at 2:30 pm in the Assisi Courtyard. Students can win a range of prizes sponsored by Weekends at VU.
