- Changing your Meal Plan
Requests to change meal plans are accepted the first two weeks of each semester. Contact your Area Coordinator for more information. - Questions for Dining Services?

Those living in any building except for Clare and La Verna should use this form to alert Residence Life to their overnight guests at least 24 hours in advance. - Cancellation of Housing and Dining Contract - before Aug. 1
Use this form to request a cancellation of your housing contract before Aug. 1. Housing deposits will not be refunded after May 1. - Release from Housing and Dining Contract - after Aug. 1
- Use this form to request a cancellation of your housing contract after Aug. 1. Please note; contracts run for an entire academic year, and are only cancelled in outstanding circumstances.
- Room Change Request Form
Use this form to request a room change. Note: There is a three week housing freeze at the beginning of each semester. - On-Campus Mail
