Current Student Housing Forms/Resources

• Changing your Meal Plan
  Requests to change meal plans are accepted the first two weeks of each semester.  Contact your Area Coordinator for more information.
• Questions for Dining Services? 
  Contact Dining Services at diningservices@viterbo.edu or visit  Dining Services webpage. 
• Overnight Visitor Registration 
  Those living in any building should use this form to alert Residence Life to their overnight guests at least 24 hours in advance. 
• Cancellation of Housing and Dining Contract - before Aug. 1
  Use this form to request a cancellation of your housing contract before Aug. 1. Housing deposits will not be refunded after May 1.
• Release from Housing and Dining Contract - after Aug. 1
• Use this form to request a cancellation of your housing contract after Aug. 1. Please note; contracts run for an entire academic year, and are only cancelled in outstanding circumstances. 
• Room Change Request Form
  Use this form to request a room change. Note: There is a three week housing freeze at the beginning of each semester.
