As the end of the semester is approaching, stress may be at an all-time high. Join us this week and participate in some activities that will help you relieve some of this stress.
Wellbeing Bingo- complete this week long challenge and be entered into the raffle to win a mini Keurig. Bingo sheets can be found at the Mathy Center. Cards can be turned into the Mathy front desk. One entry per person.
Calming Corner- cuddle up in a comfy chair, color, make a craft all in Murphy Library just outside room M110. While you're there, check out a book from the Library's Recreational Reading Collection. They have lots of fiction, graphic novels, and nonfiction for some “fun” reading, a much needed change of pace from studying! Or, stop by their “Puzzle Place” where they always have a puzzle board out!
