Classes will be held in the Multi-Purpose Room at the Mathy Center. Let the front desk staff know you're there for class and sign the GF Waiver. If you're at the Mathy for drop-in use, please let the front desk staff know.
*FOD stands for Fitness on Demand, which is a virtual group fitness platform has over 1,700 fitness classes and many other classes that embrace holistic wellbeing. Classes on the schedule will be held in the MPR, but users can also follow along in their own spaces! If you are in need of equipment, stop over to the Mathy Center and grab some! We require that you return equipment by the end of the business day.
