Student Small Group Training

What is this? 

  • Progressive strength-based training class that will include a hybrid of HIIT style programming, full body workouts, and restorative practices.
  • Modifications will be available for participants of all fitness levels.
  • FREE for students!

When is the class? 

  • Session Dates: October 21 - December 4. 
  • Class duration will be 30-45 minutes, led by Jillian Kurth. Jillian currently studies Dietetics at Viterbo and is a certified personal trainer. 
  • There will be no class on Wednesday, November 27. 

Where does it take place? 

  • Multi-Purpose Room at the Mathy Center.
  • Be sure to bring your Viterbo ID for facility access.

How do you sign up?

  •  Click here to register for the class.
  •  After completing your registration, all you have to do is sign the group fitness waiver at the Mathy Center, and then show up for class!
