For Shannon McManimon, program director of Viterbo’s Ethical Leadership Doctorate in Education program, the concepts of transformation and education are inextricably linked. Meet the 2024–25 Reinhart Institute Fellows

The D.B. Reinhart Institute for Ethics in Leadership first began its student fellowship program in fall 2021. The program has five to six fellows each year, both undergraduate and graduate students. The fellows have a variety of roles that include planning programs, introducing speakers, serving as greeters, and maintaining and updating the social media accounts and Ethics Institute website.
