Move-In Day Instructions for Returning Students

Friday, August 23, Saturday, August 24, and Sunday, August 25, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Please check-in at the Hawk's Nest.

Welcome to on-campus living, we are looking forward to your arrival. Should you have any questions, feel free to contact the Office of Residence Life at 608-796-3116.

Move-in for returning students is Friday, Aug 23, Saturday, Aug. 24 and Sunday, Aug. 25. We ask that all students make preparations to move in between 9:00 a.m.– 5:00 p.m. If you are unable to move in during those dates or times, contact the Office of Residence Life to speak with a staff member.

• Apartment residents will not be permitted to move into the apartments on the date of first-year move-in. Clare, McDonald, Rose, La Verna, and Treacy residents can start their move-in processes by checking in at the Hawk's Nest (Marian Hall) beginning Friday, August 23.
• Students moving into Rose, McDonald, or Clare may park on Market Street or Eighth Street for 10 minutes only to unload. Then, move your vehicle to Parking Lot A to allow others to unload. All vehicles must be moved from Lot A by evening.
• Students moving into Treacy may park on Market Street for 10 minutes only to unload. Then, move your vehicle to Parking Lot D to allow others to unload. All vehicles must be moved from Lot D by evening.
