Congratulations and thank you to the 30 faculty members who participated in the Celebration of Faculty Scholarship. The variety of scholarly works gave vivid testimony to the research culture at Viterbo and to the creative, curious, and collective talent of our faculty.
Apryl Denny, English, and student Gabriella Huff will be honored at the YWCA Tribute to Outstanding Women Thursday, Nov. 5 in the La Crosse Center South Hall Ballroom.
John (Jack) Williams, director of the Nelson Institute Center for Climatic Research and Bryson Professor of Climate, People, and Environment at the University of Wisconsin, will present “Understanding Climate Change” at 7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 5 in the Fine Arts Center Main Theatre.

LA CROSSE, Wis. – First Supply LLC President and Chairman Joe Poehling will speak as part of the Viterbo University Leadership at Noon series Tuesday, Nov. 17 in Reinhart Center room 107.
Over 150 college students from Viterbo, the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, and Western Technical College came together Oct. 17 for the tri-campus Make a Difference Day in La Crosse.
A Sustainability Institute lunch featuring Will Allen, CEO of Growing Power of Milwaukee, will be held tomorrow, Oct. 27 from 11:30 a.m.–1 p.m. in the Western Technical College Lunda Center.
Viterbo’s popular Platinum Edition show choir will present an evening of great singing and dancing as they celebrate the music of Walt Disney with Walt’s World of Music and Magic at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 31 in the Fine Arts Center Main Theatre.
The School of Nursing hosted Jean Watson Ph.D, RN, Oct. 19. Famous in health care circles, Watson developed the Theory of Human Caring and has presented her work internationally. She is pictured speaking to nursing students and faculty.
