VITERBO LEADERSHIP AT NOON SERIES TO CONTINUE WITH FIRST SUPPLY LLC PRESIDENT AND CHAIRMAN JOE POEHLING NOV. 17
LA CROSSE, Wis. – First Supply LLC President and Chairman Joe Poehling will speak as part of the Viterbo University Leadership at Noon series Tuesday, Nov. 17 in Reinhart Center room 107.
First Supply LLC distributes an extensive line of goods and services including product lines in the plumbing, heating, air conditioning, builder, waterworks, pump/well and septic, industrial, and municipal markets. First Supply LLC employs 620 people and operates 28 facilities serving Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Illinois, and Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. The company’s central distribution center is located in La Crosse.
Poehling began working for the organization in 1971 and has held various positions within the company. He has served in his current position since 2005. Poehling is an active member of the La Crosse Area Chamber of Commerce and the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Foundation. He has received numerous awards, including the Partner Award of Leadership in the La Crosse Community, St. Thomas Aquinas Award, and the La Crosse Boys and Girls Club Wall of Fame for Outstanding Community Involvement.
The Viterbo Leadership at Noon series features business leaders discussing the key values that contribute to successful business practices. The series will continue Tuesday, Jan. 26 with local entrepreneur Matt Boshcka, owner of Dublin Square Pub & Eatery and Burger Fusion Company.
All Leadership at Noon series events are held from noon–1 p.m. in the Reinhart Center and are free and open to the public. Audience members are welcome to bring their own lunch or purchase a boxed lunch for $5. The Leadership at Noon series is sponsored by the D.B.
