Conservatory for the Performing Arts tickets go on sale six weeks prior to opening night of each production.
The Viterbo University Fine Arts Center has added a layer of security for online credit and debit card purchases called 3DS, or 3D Secure, to help keep patron accounts secure and combat speculative ticketing. The 3DS process is handled entirely by the cardholder’s bank, not by OvationTix (Viterbo’s official ticketing partner) or the Viterbo Box Office. See dropdown menu below for details.
A $3 convenience fee and $1 facility fee will be added per ticket. All orders will include a 5.5% sales tax.

Ordering tickets is easy

Ticket Fees and Sales Tax: A $3 convenience fee and $1 facility fee will be added per ticket. All orders will include a 5.5% sales tax. All fees are the same online, by phone, or in person.
Mailing Fees: A $1 per order will be charged for tickets that are selected to be mailed.
Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards.
Tickets: Due to fire codes, everyone including infants, must have a ticket. In consideration of others, please do not bring children under the age of three to major shows.
Refunds: There will be no refunds or exchanges for individual ticket sales. For shows that have more than one performance, exchanges between shows may be possible.
Gift Certificates: Tickets make great gifts for any occasion. Gift certificates are available year-round in any dollar amount and can be used for any ticket purchases made through Viterbo Fine Arts Center Box Office.

Holiday Closures
The Viterbo Box Office will be closed for Christmas/New Year's Break starting Monday, Dec. 22 and will reopen Tuesday, Jan. 6.
2026-27 Season Announcement and On-Sale Schedule
- Season announcement: Tuesday, June 2 at 10 a.m.
- Group Sales: Friday, June 12 at 2 p.m. (in-person and phone sales only).
- Public Single Tickets: Monday, June 15 at 9 a.m. (online, in-person, and by phone)
