A history of Modern Art from the late 19th century until the 1930s or 1940s. The course will also include study of the antecedents of Modernism in early Western art, and also seek to explore connections with non-Western art where feasible. Prerequisites: 160, ENGL 104 or 105 or 195. WCII, OC
