Viterbo University has been a recognized leader in servant leadership education for more than 20 years. In 2001, Viterbo University was the first university in the world to offer a Master of Arts in Servant Leadership. Years later, we are still the only Master’s degree in Servant Leadership in the nation. During those 20+ years, more than 300 graduates continue to serve their organizations and communities in the fields of health care, education, military, religious institutions, large and small businesses, and non-profits.
There are many ways to learn more about Viterbo's Servant Leadership program including the annual Conference on Servant Leadership, Podcasts, various Publications, Community Conversations and Certificate programs.
