Ryan Rieber, '01, '06

Superintendent of the School District of West Salem

Ryan has been the superintendent of the School District of West Salem since 2020, following four years as principal of West Salem Elementary School. Prior to his leadership in West Salem, he was the elementary principal at Viroqua Elementary/Montessori School for four years. His career in education began in the La Crosse School District, where he spent eleven years teaching at Logan Middle School and Southern Bluffs Elementary. Ryan earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Viterbo University, along with principal, director of instruction, and superintendent licensure. Deeply connected to the West Salem community, his wife and three children also work and attend school in the district.

Anna Sprague, '08

Development Manager at Habitat for Humanity La Crosse

Anna currently serves as the Development Manager for Habitat for Humanity of the Greater La Crosse Region. She graduated from Viterbo in 2008 with a bachelor's in Ministry and minor in Servant Leadership. Her professional career shifted during the pandemic from a growth stage start-up in the bridal industry to the nonprofit sector in community development. She lives in La Crosse with her husband Trevor, three amazing kids, and her cat Kiki.

Suzanne Witt, JD, MASL '24

Compliance Manager at Marine Credit Union

Suzanne grew up on an over 100-year-old family dairy farm in the Driftless area near Ontario, Wisconsin. Those early lessons of rural community, land stewardship, farm chores and faith in God lead her to the Viterbo’s master in servant leadership program. Suzanne earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse and her law degree from Hamline University in St. Paul, Minnesota. She has three adult daughters and currently works in compliance at Marine Credit Union.
