La Crosse Boys and Girls Club members enjoyed lunch at Viterbo Oct. 30. Viterbo student Dom Collins completed a VUSM 300 project in which 50 Viterbo students bought lunch for 50 club members. Viterbo students and employees were invited to talk with and meet the guests.

There is detriment to health with time in a seated position for more than 25 minutes. General health recommendations call for 150 minutes/week of moderate to vigorous exercise with durations of activities no shorter than 10 minutes to accrue health benefits. Break up your sitting time with 10 minutes of walking twice a day.
Auditions will be held for the Missoula Children’s Theatre (MCT) production of Sleeping Beauty Monday, Nov. 9 from 3:45–6 p.m. at the Weber Center for the Performing Arts. Those auditioning should arrive at 3:45 p.m. and plan to stay until 6 p.m.
