Viterbo Music Department to Present Christmas Around the World Dec. 5–6

Celebrate the Christmas season with the Viterbo Concert Choir, 9th Street Singers, Platinum Edition, area high school students, and an orchestra of excellent musicians as they present Christmas Around the World at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 5 and 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 6 in the Fine Arts Center Main Theatre.

Alumni Children’s Christmas Party Saturday

Viterbo employees and their families are invited to attend the annual Alumni Children’s Christmas Party from 10 a.m.–noon Saturday, Dec. 5 in the Fine Arts Center Lobby.

The event will include Christmas carols, crafts, face painting, and a visit from Santa Claus. It is sponsored by the Viterbo Alumni Association.

Outstanding Women

Viterbo was well represented at the YWCA Tribute to Outstanding Women event Nov. 5. Nominated by colleagues to receive a Certficate of Recognition from Viterbo were Naomi Stennes-Spidahl, Jennifer Hedrick-Erickson, Diane Engh, Judy Anderson, Brandy Cleveland, Vickie Schaefer, student Becca Scheldorf, and Lesley Stugelmayer.

News from the Environmental Responsibility Committee

Viterbo currently has four parking lots that are made of pervious asphalt paving. These parking lots were constructed in a manner that allows rainwater to filter through them rather than drain to the City storm water system.
