Applications for the 2016 Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowship (SURF) Program are now available online.

All full-time faculty are encouraged to consider working with a full-time student or one or two part-time students (limited exceptions may apply) for the eight-week summer research term. Faculty mentors work with their student(s) to develop the research proposal portion of the application and look over the finished application to make sure it’s complete, accurate, and doable. Faculty-student research/creative inquiry teams from all disciplines are encouraged to apply.
