Focus: Sheltering the Homeless
The Viterbo Concert Choir, under the direction of Jean Saladino, performed during a workshop with local high school students and Voces8, a premiere singing group who performed as part of the Bright Star Season Feb. 23.

Increased sitting, or a sedentary lifestyle, is increasing your risk of cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and other metabolic disorders due to physical inactivity. The average sedentary worker spends over 70 percent of their waking hours sitting.
