Tickets are going fast for a free concert by “The President’s Own” United States Marine Band at 7:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 16 in the Viterbo University Fine Arts Center Main Theatre.

A celebratory public open house will be held from 3–5 p.m. Friday, Oct. 6 on the second floor of the Viterbo D.B. and Marge Reinhart Center for Ethics, Science, and Technology.

Chart Energy and Chemicals, Inc., in La Crosse, Wis. is a worldwide supplier of heat exchangers. Each semester, they bring in one or more engineering student interns from Viterbo University. The students can build their skills in a real-world environment while contributing to projects, learning from professionals in the field, and earning money.

Highly decorated Vietnam War veteran and prisoner of war Charlie Plumb will speak at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 11 in the Viterbo University Fine Arts Center Main Theatre. The event will also be streamed on Facebook.
