Jenny Hedrick-Erickson's Viterbo journey began as undergrad nursing student. Now in her first full year as assistant dean of Viterbo's College of Nursing and Health, she recently completed work on her Viterbo Doctor of Nursing Practice degree.
Viterbo University senior Megan Huss plans to become a genetic counselor, a career that combines both the scientific fields she loves. “It’s the perfect intersection of biology and psychology,” said Huss, a biology major from Appleton.
A native of Lansing, Iowa, who graduated in 2018 from Viterbo's undergraduate nursing program, Amber Weber returned to her alma mater in spring 2023 to take on the role of health services coordinator after working as a registered nurse at Mayo Clinic Health System in La Crosse.
For almost 10 years, Jason Skoog ’06 has been in charge of acquiring and preserving the myriad pieces of history that tell Viterbo’s long story. That he’s the one doing it is a bit poetic, as he has a history with Viterbo himself, having earned a bachelor's degree in studio art painting (with a minor in philosophy).
Frank Gosar '81 has so many artistic talents and interests he could have pursued, but in the end he has centered his life on pottery, "the one art form where the process was as much fun as the product.” He started Off-Center Ceramics 30 years ago in Eugene, Ore. His works will be exhibited in the University Gallery Jan. 31–March 27.
