Viterbo University to Celebrate Wisconsin Private College Week July 8–12

LA CROSSE, Wis. – Viterbo University and the other 23 private nonprofit colleges and universities in the state will celebrate Wisconsin Private College Week Monday, July 8–Friday, July 12.

Prospective students and their family members are invited to visit Viterbo any day from 9:30 a.m.–4 p.m. to:

  • tour campus, including academic buildings, athletic facilities, and residence halls.
  • meet individually with an admission counselor to learn about academic programs, scholarships, and campus life.
  • interact with current students and hear about their experiences at Viterbo.
  • receive a free T-shirt and gift bag.
  • register to win Beats headphones being given away in celebration of Private College Week by the Wisconsin Association of Independent Colleges and Universities.

“Private College Week is a perfect time to visit Viterbo and discover everything the university and the city of La Crosse have to offer,” said Katie Ausen, Viterbo visit and events coordinator. “Visiting campus is a crucial part of finding the university or college that is right for you.”

Now in its 23rd year, Wisconsin Private College Week is designed to highlight the advantages of enrolling at a private institution of higher learning. It is sponsored by the Wisconsin Association of Independent Colleges and Universities.
