VITERBO CHORAL ARTS SPRING CONCERT AT CHRIST EPISCOPAL CHURCH APRIL 23

LA CROSSE, Wis. – Viterbo Choral Arts will perform a spring concert at 3 p.m. Sunday, April 23 at Christ Episcopal Church, located at 111 9th Street North in La Crosse.

The event is free and open to the public. A free will offering will be collected for Christ Episcopal Church.

The program will feature selections from John Rutter’s Gloria and works by Brahms, Alice Parker, Lloyd Pfautsch, and others. The 70-member choir consists of university students, employees, and community members. This will be Viterbo Choral Arts’ second performance since its formation in the fall of last year.

“The turnout from the community has been spectacular and we are loving the opportunity to make music together in person,” said Viterbo faculty member James Wilson, the choir’s director and founder. “We are exploring options of where to rehearse next year as we expect to see continued growth. Viterbo Choral Arts has some exciting projects planned for the 2023–24 season.”
