TWO SHOWS ADDED TO VITERBO UNIVERSITY FINE ARTS CENTER’S BRIGHT STAR SEASON

LA CROSSE, Wis. - The Viterbo University Fine Arts Center has added two more shows to its 2025–26 Bright Star Season lineup, The Marshall Tucker Band and STOMP.

The Marshall Tucker Band will perform at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 8, 2025. STOMP will perform at 8 p.m. Saturday, March 21, 2026 and Sunday, March 22 at 2 p.m. All performances will take place in the Viterbo Fine Arts Center’s Main Theatre.

The Marshall Tucker Band continues to have a profound level of impact on successive generations of listeners who’ve been Searchin’ for a Rainbow and found it perfectly represented by this tried-and-true Southern institution over the decades. A typically setlist includes hits like the heartfelt singalong Heard It in a Love Song, the insistent pleading of Can’t You See, the testifying Fire on the Mountain, the wanderlust gallop of Long Hard Ride, and the explosive testimony of Ramblin’.

Celebrating 30 years of a unique combination of percussion, movement, and visual comedy for audiences of all ages, STOMP has created its own inimitable, contemporary form of rhythmic expression. Both household and industrial objects find new life as musical instruments in the hands of an idiosyncratic band of body percussionists. It is a journey through sound, a celebration of the everyday and a comic interplay of characters wordlessly communicating through dance and drum.

Tickets for both groups go on sale Wednesday, July 23 at 10 a.m. online and 2 p.m. by phone or in-person at the box office. For more information, visit www.viterbo.edu/fac or contact the Viterbo box office at 608-796-3100 or boxoffice@viterbo.edu.
