MACY GRAY & THE CALIFORNIA JET CLUB THE RESET TOUR COMES TO VITERBO UNIVERSITY DEC. 18

LA CROSSE, Wis. – The Macy Gray & The California Jet Club The Reset Tour will come to the Viterbo University Fine Arts Center Main Theatre at 7:30 p.m. Monday, Dec. 18. This is their only tour stop in Wisconsin.

Ever-eclectic singer/songwriter and actress Macy Gray returns to top form with an inspired new 11-song album, The Reset, and fronting her own band, The California Jet Club.

The Reset is Gray’s 11th studio album. Rising to stardom with the release of her multi-platinum debut album, On How Life Is in 1999, Gray was nominated for five Grammy Awards, including Record of the Year and Song of the Year. She won the Grammy for Best Female Pop Vocal Performance for her song I Try in 2001.

Produced by Tommy Parker, The Reset features Gray at her lyrically introspective and vocally exuberant best. Making the album included the full involvement of road band members drummer Tamir Barzilay, keyboardist Billy Wes, and bassist Alex Kyhn.

Gray has also appeared in numerous major movies such as Training Day, Spiderman, Scary Movie 3, and on a long list of television programs including Saturday Night Live, MTV Cribs, and Dancing with the Stars.
