Through the Ed.D. in Ethical Leadership, students will be able to:
- Practice leadership with advanced competency consistent with established leadership theory
- Conceptualize human relationships from a variety of theoretical perspectives and demonstrate empathy and acumen in navigating them
- Demonstrate leadership behavior consistent with internalized virtues of valuing human dignity, collective action, and servant leadership
- Read, interpret, and conduct research relevant to leadership practice
- Identify and discuss their potential role as advocates for improvement in organizational stewardship in the professional communities and larger society they serve
- Assimilate the knowledge and skills into the competencies required for their specific professional settings
