The Viterbo community is invited to attend the annual Welcome Back Bash from 1–4 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 28 in the Mathy Center.

Local businesses, nonprofit organizations, and campus offices and organizations will be on hand to share their services and opportunities with Viterbo students.

The correct phone number for the Veteran Services Point of Contact (Veterans Lounge) is 3057. It was incorrectly listed in the new Student and Staff Directory.

Enjoy an Oktoberfest-themed lunch and listen to some amazing personal accounts from people who have overcome alcohol addiction at the “The Road to Addiction and Recovery–Worst Case Scenarios” from 12:10–1:10 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 25 in the Fine Arts Center Hospitality Suite.

A reunion to celebrate the 100th Anniversary of the St. Wenceslaus Church building will be held Sunday, Sept. 28.

Viterbo employees are invited to enjoy a breakfast of egg and sausage sandwiches, fruit, coffee, and juice, Thursday, Sept. 11 from 7:30–9 a.m. in the School of Nursing Building Foyer.

The breakfast will be hosted by the members of the hospitality committee.

Happy 125th Anniversary Viterbo!

On behalf of the cabinet and deans, I extend a warm Franciscan welcome to all new members of the Viterbo community as we begin celebrations for Viterbo’s 125th anniversary. We likewise welcome back those who have been away for the summer recess.

Career services will staff regular resume review sessions in the library room 103, starting Monday, Oct. 6. The sessions are scheduled from 2–4 p.m.

The Viterbo community is invited to celebrate Constitution Day with presentations by history department faculty members on the topic of the separation of church and state from 1:25–2:25 p.m. in the School of Nursing Building room 196.

Viterbo parking policies will go into effect Wednesday, Aug. 27. Some leniency will be given the first week of school in the commuter/employee lots A, C, G, H, I, J, and M as everyone re-acquaints themselves with the parking locations and policies. Resident parking lots D, F, L, N, O, P and Q will be monitored beginning Wednesday, Aug.
