The Viterbo community is invited to celebrate Constitution Day with presentations by history department faculty members on the topic of the separation of church and state from 1:25–2:25 p.m. in the School of Nursing Building room 196.
The presentations will be “Corporations and Birth Control: The Supreme Court’s Hobby Lobby Case” by Keith Knutson; “The Creator or Divine Providence: Religion, Politics and the Founding of the Republic,” by Samuel Scinta; and “Building Heaven on Earth: Jim Bakker and the Rise of the Sunbelt in the 1970s,” by Eric Weinberg.
