Viterbo students and employees enjoyed pizza courtesy of alumnus Tony Becker ’13 Oct. 10. Becker, the owner of Stumpy’s Concessions, made 32 pizzas, which met with rave reviews. He made 28 free pizzas for Place of Grace the evening before. The 60 pizzas were the remaining inventory for the business following fair and festival season.

The members of the professional development committee invites staff and administrators to attend the presentation “Creating a Collaborative Workplace” with Patricia Heiderscheit, Organizational Learning Specialist with Mayo Clinic Health System, Thursday, Oct. 23.

Hispanic Heritage Month Reception Sept. 25

The Viterbo community and the public are invited to attend a Hispanic Heritage Month reception from 5–7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 25 in the Fine Arts Center Lobby.


The event will feature music, refreshments, and some brief announcements at 6 p.m. about several La Crosse community initiatives regarding the local Hispanic/Latino community.

EMS Virtual New User Information Sessions Tuesday

Viterbo faculty and staff members are invited are to attend an EMS Virtual New User Information Session from 1:30–2:30 p.m. or 2:30–3:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 16 in Reinhart Center room 127.

University Forum Thursday

The University Forum originally scheduled for inservice week will be held Thursday, Sept. 4 from 3:30–4:30 p.m. in the Fine Arts Center Recital Hall. President Rick Artman will give his State of the University address. All employees are encouraged to attend.
