National Pro-Life Cupcake Day

Constitution Day

Keith Knutson, history, discussed the recent U.S. Supreme Court’s Hobby Lobby case decision as part of Viterbo’s Constitution Day event Sept. 17. This year’s presentations examined the separation of church and state. Also presenting were Eric Weinberg and Samuel Scinta.


Peace

Viterbo community members made a human peace sign in Assisi Courtyard Sept. 16 as one of the many activities held for Peace Week. The activities were organized by the Viterbo Student Organization Advocating Human Rights.


Open House

The Viterbo community is invited to attend the Student Development Center Open House Wednesday, Sept. 3 from 3–5 p.m.

Scholarship Created in Memory of Jonathan Hinck

A graduate of West Salem High School in his or her senior year at Viterbo will be the beneficiary of a generous new scholarship named in memory of Jonathan Hinck.


Jonathan’s sister, Caroline, and her husband Kristjan Sells established the Jonathan H. Hinck Memorial Scholarship as a means to honor and celebrate his dedication to Viterbo University.
