CORE ENSEMBLE TO PERFORM TRES VIDAS AT VITERBO UNIVERSITY OCT. 5
LA CROSSE, Wis. – Core Ensemble will perform the chamber music theatre work Tres Vidas at 7 p.m. Monday, Oct. 5 in the Viterbo University Fine Arts Center Recital Hall. This event is free and open to the public.
La Crosse Oktoberfest will be held Thursday, Oct. 1–Sunday, Oct. 4. The theme is “Celebrating the Fest Time of Year.” Buttons can be purchased at many locations in the community. Cost is $7 in advance or $10 at the gate. Buttons can also be purchased at the pre-fest price by contacting Silvana Richardson, nursing, at ext.
Qualtrics is a web-based survey tool that is now available for use by all Viterbo faculty, staff, and students to support the university’s education mission and institutional goals. This survey tool supports faculty and student scholarly research and efforts in institutional effectiveness.

On Thursday, Sept. 24, Viterbo will join other schools, universities, and organizations in screening First Generation, a documentary that raises awareness about the barriers to college access for low-income and first generation students.
The 2015–16 Viterbo One-of-a-Kind Chamber Music Series opens with Keyed In – Piano Quintet featuring the Artaria String Quartet and pianist Mary Ellen Haupert at 3 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 27 in the Fine Arts Center Recital Hall.
Leave No Trace Center for Outdoor Ethics trainers Katelyn Stutterheim and Blake Jackson will present “The Seven Principles of Leave No Trace” at 7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 24 in the Viterbo University Reinhart Center room 107.
Art students applied colored tape to the floor of the Viterbo University Gallery as part of a workshop with guest artist Patrick Schmidt. Schmidt’s exhibit, “Digitizing Myth: Archetypes and Identities” will be on display in the gallery until Oct. 30.
