VITERBO UNIVERSITY SPRING COMMENCEMENT MAY 7
LA CROSSE, Wis. – Four hundred eighty-two students, 370 undergraduate, 109 graduate, and three associate degree students, will be candidates for graduation at Viterbo University’s spring commencement ceremony at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 7 at the La Crosse Center.

Spanish Immersion Camp at Viterbo June 6–10
Viterbo University and the department of languages and cultures will hold a Spanish Immersion Camp for high school sophomores, juniors, and seniors Monday, June 6–Friday, June 10 on campus.

Spring Choral Concert May 1
The Viterbo music department will present a spring choral concert, Sunday, May 1 at 3 p.m. in Maria Angelorum Chapel at St. Rose Convent. This will be the final performance of Jean Saladino, associate professor of music, as she retires from Viterbo.

A Time to Celebrate
Viterbo’s Courtyard Carni is April 29
A longtime and popular Viterbo tradition, Courtyard Carni is a campus-wide celebration held on the final day of classes each year. The event features a picnic lunch, outdoor games, inflatables, and just plain fun for the entire Viterbo community. Courtyard Carni is just one of many campus activities available to students.

Nursing Research on the Green, a forum for recognizing nursing scholarship and sharing research and clinical practice innovations was held in the Fine Arts Center Lobby on Thursday, April 21. The event is designed for nurses working in any setting, as well as for nursing students.
The Viterbo community is invited to attend Courtyard Carni, the annual campus-wide end-of-the-year celebration from 11 a.m.–4 p.m. Friday, April 29. This year’s event will include a picnic luncheon, clubs and organization activities, a photo booth, inflatables, caricatures, games, and prizes.
Viterbo nursing student Maggie Raske received the President’s Award in honor of her campus and community involvement from President Rick Artman at the annual Volunteer Recognition event April 18 in the Fine Arts Center Lobby. Local high school students were also recognized.
