The 10th Annual Summer Alexander Technique Workshop will be held on campus Monday, July 25–Saturday, July 30. 

If you have any chronic pain issues—back pain, TMJ syndrome, tennis/golf elbow, carpal tunnel syndrome—or you would like to improve performance in singing, dancing, playing an instrument, or sports, this workshop is for you. Master teachers Martha Hansen Fertman (Philadelphia/New Jersey area), Carol Boggs (Washington D.C. area) and Anne Waxman (NYC) will join Diane Foust in leading small group study, large group study, and individual lessons in learning how to do things with more ease and efficiency.
