Celebrate the life and legacy of St. Francis during St. Francis Week Oct. 3–7 by participating in a variety of activities. The week-long schedule can be found here. Student clubs or divisions interested in having a table at Franny Fest (Tuesday, Oct. 5, 11:30 a.m. –1:15 p.m.) should fill out this Qualtrics survey by Friday, Oct. 1 at noon.

Students can register today for Healthy Hawks. Healthy Hawks is an 8-week healthy lifestyle choices program beginning Monday, Oct. 4 that offers individualized and group resources for students looking to achieve various health and wellness goals. Students interested in participating in a four-week dietetic research study on sodium intake should contact Bria Ferns at 320-493-1562 or bferns77211@viterbo.edu for more information. At least eight students are needed. Participants will complete a survey, participate in a free nutrition education session, and meet with dietetic interns over the course of the study via Zoom.

Touchstone Magazine is Viterbo’s student-led art and literary magazine. Students interested in paid positions as Literary Editor or Assistant Literary Editor should direct questions and/or send a resume and a letter describing their interest and qualifications to vlholtzwodzak@viterbo.edu. These are year-long positions with the bulk of the work taking place early spring semester. Application deadline is Friday, Oct. 8.

          Paid positions of art editor, graphic designer, web designer, production assistant, and promotions coordinator are also available. Students who are interested in the visual arts are encouraged to apply by today, Oct. 1.
