Business, nursing, and pre-health majors: Come learn about an opportunity for Viterbo students to participate in healthcare innovation. Possibly the most impactful component of this opportunity will be the professional, on-the job interdisciplinary practical experience offered each student participant. The informational meeting will be on Friday, Nov. 20 from 2:30–3:30pm in the School of Nursing Building 195. The event will also be live streamed on Microsoft Teams. To attend virtually, RSVP with your email address by 11a.m. Friday. Give back to families that need it the most this Christmas season. There are two opportunities located in the Murphy Center Lobby. Help make a child’s Christmas a little brighter this year by supporting the Salvation Army’s Angel Giving Tree project. Tags are available to support local children with a gift of needed clothing items. Each tag is identified with a child’s first name, age, size and clothing needs.   Gifts are asked to be brought back to the Murphy Center tree by Wednesday, Dec. 9. All gifts will be delivered to the Salvation Army by December 11 for distribution. A second tree will be in Murphy Center Lobby for those interested in helping keep community members warm this winter. Donations of adult and children sized hats, mittens and gloves can be placed on or under this tree. Bring your donations back to the tree by Wednesday, Dec. 9. All items will be given to the Warming Center and other local charities for distribution.

Notice from the ASL Club: Students are invited to sign a statement asking for Viterbo to request that more ASL courses are available on campus. ASL courses could create a more inclusive environment for Viterbo's current and prospective students, and open doors to opportunities for personal growth, learning, and career paths for these students. If you believe having ASL courses here at Viterbo University would benefit its community, add your name at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/HYKLKF7. If you have any questions or would like to learn more about the club, email Josie McKenzie, president of ASL Club, at jmcken67921@viterbo.edu.
