VITERBO UNIVERSITY FALL CHORAL CONCERT OCT. 10

LA CROSSE, Wis. – A fall choral concert featuring the Viterbo Concert Choir and the 9th Street Singers will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 10 in Maria Angelorum Chapel at St. Rose Convent.

The event is free and open to the public. The concert will feature guest conductor, Henry Ash of Holmen. Ash and his wife Sharon have established a scholarship fund for the Viterbo Concert Choir. Knowing of her husband’s deep love of music, Sharon gifted him the opportunity to conduct the choir in honor of their 50th wedding anniversary. He will lead the choir in the Battle Hymn of the Republic, the final song of the concert.

Jean Saladino will be the conductor and Mark Bilyeu will be the pianist. The concert is part of the Viterbo Days celebration.
