- Library instructional services offer methods to incorporate research and critical thinking skills into coursework. Librarians provide instruction for on campus and online courses. To request an instruction session, please contact Jodi Hilleshiem at jchillesheim@viterbo.edu or 796-3278. One-on-one Research Consultations are also available to faculty and students, to assist with library research, and can be scheduled through reference@viterbo.edu. There are Subject Guides available for each discipline to offer key resources and research tips.
- The Partnership Program promotes ongoing relationships between the library and academic departments to assist with ordering library materials and consulting on research needs.
- The Viterbo University Digital Collections features the institutional repository, Viterbo Research Collection. The collection contains graduate and undergraduate research. For more information on how to submit projects, click here. The VUDC also has meeting minutes and agendas which faculty may have useful.
- The Viterbo University Archives serves as an educational resource for scholarly and administrative research and is open to students, faculty, staff, alumni, and community members. Please contact Jason Skoog, Archives and Systems Librarian, at jaskoog@viterbo.edu or 608-796-3262.
- The new streaming video collection includes scholarly video material of virtually every video type. There is a Streaming Media service available for videos that can’t be located in our streaming media collection or in the library DVD collection. Allow a minimum of one week for the conversion to take place. Contact Mark Seitz in Instructional Support Services at mjseitz@viterbo.edu or 796-3276 for more information.
- Optical Test Scanning, or Scantron, is available by sending a reservation form to the library at least 24 hours before the test. A reservation ensures that your test will be returned to you within 24 hours after it is received. Tests brought in without reservations will be scored as our schedule allows. Once you submit this form, you will receive a copy via email for your record.
