In recognition of the inauguration of Glena Temple as Viterbo’s ninth president and our institutional legacy of service, all Viterbo community members, friends, alumni, and the FSPA are invited to participate in a large-scale day of service on Saturday, April 8.
We are sponsoring at least 12–15 service sites, and we need your help. As we did with Viterbo Rings, we’re inviting student organizations, departments, clubs, athletics teams, and residence hall floors to “adopt” service sites. “Adopting” a site entails serving as a site leader, helping recruit volunteers, and facilitating post-service reflection over lunch. There are perks to adopting a site as well—contact Kirsten Gabriel to learn more.
Regardless of whether you choose to sponsor a site, be sure to mark your calendar for April 8. It promises to be a great day of service and a celebration of our continued institutional commitment to service in our communities.
