Save the Date: Celebration of Teaching Jan. 27

Thursday, December 1, 2016

The annual Viterbo Celebration of Teaching will be held from 3:30–5 p.m. Friday, Jan. 27 in the Fine Arts Center Lobby.

This wine and cheese event features faculty and adjunct instructor presentations on their experiences and practices in teaching and learning, including teaching approaches and learning outcomes, lessons learned, course redesign practices, assessment practices, cross-disciplinary teaching practices, and application of learning technologies.

Members of the Viterbo library staff will also host a hands-on, interactive display showcasing the wide variety of technology, equipment, and services the library offers to enhance both teaching and learning for the duration of the event.

Viterbo faculty, administrators, and staff are invited to attend and enjoy food, conversation, and door prizes. While preregistration is appreciated, walk-ins are welcome.

The event is a partnership between the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs and Faculty Development. Note that this wine and cheese event is for employees and invited guests only.
