Its National Wellness Month!
We all know what that means, right? If you were thinking of a bubble bath or a scented candle, and the opportunity to "treat your self," you've only hit the tip up the iceberg. Wellness is more than the what is presented to you by the 'self care' industry. (Not that there is anything wrong with a nice bubble bath - might I suggest taking one with a good book?) Wellness is about creating healthy habits, managing stress, creating healthy relationships, and crafting a healthy life for yourself. And don't forget the treats too!
