Join the Global Connections Club and Honors Program for International Game Night on Friday, Nov. 18 from 3–5 p.m. in the FSPA Lobby. Play and learn new games for a chance to win great prizes: Bluetooth speaker, mini-air fryer, tabletop game system, k-cup maker, and more. Everyone is welcome.

Several students will present their DNP proposal or final defense on Wednesday, Nov. 16 and Friday, Nov. 18. The Viterbo community is invited to attend any of these sessions. For questions contact Michele Merten (mmmerten@viterbo.edu).

Health Services will be offering COVID-19 vaccine boosters and primary series, and flu shots on Tuesday, Nov. 15 from 8 a.m.–noon and 1–4 p.m. No appointment necessary. Get it done before the holidays. Flu shots are $9 for students (unless in TRIO) and $19 for employees (unless on VU Insurance plan). Bring your vaccination card with you.

The employee Thanksgiving Potluck is Wednesday, Nov. 16, 11:30 a.m.–1 p.m. in the Sister Thea Bowman Center. Sign up here for a meal contribution by Mon, Nov. 14. All are welcome regardless of RSVP.

Free Nutrition Coaching for employees: Graduate dietetics students will be providing free nutrition counseling and education sessions as part of their advanced nutrition counseling course at Viterbo. Dates for the nutrition assessment will be Nov. 28–Dec. 10. Dates for the education and goal setting session are Dec. 6–10. Each session will be 100% virtual, or by phone, based on the comfort level of the participant. Interested individuals may sign up with Tiffany Lein at tllein@viterbo.edu. Spots are limited. Registration is open now until filled, with preference by Nov. 18.

Wellness Coaching for Students is now available. All participants start with an initial consultation with regular coaching session last 30 to 50 minutes, depending on the client. Individuals can book a session here. Click here for more information on wellness coaching.
