Viterbo nutrition and dietetics students and interns will hold interactive gluten-free cooking classes Wednesday, March 18 and Thursday, March 19 in the Foods Lab in the School of Nursing Building room 284.
Homecoming Week is Monday, Feb. 16–Saturday, Feb. 21. In an effort to build school spirit and pride around campus, Student Activities Board will be sponsoring events each day of the week.
The annual Find the Good and Praise It book, which features Viterbo community research and other accomplishments is available for viewing.
A Librarian and Her iPad

I first got an iPad as part of the campus iPad Initiative. At the time, I had four weeks to learn the device before I had to teach faculty how to use it. I decided to make myself use the iPad for everything; I stopped taking notebooks to meetings, put files on Dropbox, and looked for an app for anything I normally did with my smartphone or computer. Holocaust survivor Eva Schloss, Anne Frank’s childhood friend, will present “Hiding, Betrayal, Survival: The Life and Times of Anne Frank and Eva Schloss” at 7 p.m. Thursday, March 26 in the Fine Arts Center Main Theatre.
Tickets for the event go on sale to the general public at the Viterbo box office today, Feb. 2.
Viterbo international students participated in La Crosse’s Winter Rec Fest ice fishing derby. The fish weren’t biting, so the group made the best of it by making a snowman. Also pictured is Christy Kabat, Academic Resource Center.

The Viterbo One-of-a-Kind Chamber Music Series will continue with “Time Capsule III” at 3 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 8 in the Fine Arts Center Recital Hall.
