Scholars’ Days Registration Closes April 1

Scholars’ Days online registration closes the Friday after Easter Break, April 1. Faculty and staff are encouraged to register classes, groups, or departmental presentations for Scholars’ Days Thursday, April 21–Saturday, April 23.

Viterbo’s renowned Platinum Edition show choir and special guests will present an evening of great singing and dancing with their annual variety performance Celebration 2016 at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, April 2 in the Fine Arts Center Main Theatre.

High Honor

Congratulations to Sr. Mary Ann Gschwind, FSPA, who received the Bill Medland Faithful Servant Award at the 10th Annual Catholic Charities Lenten Luncheon March 17. Sr. Mary Ann was honored for her “lifelong dedication, service, and leadership to the La Crosse community.”

Julliard School faculty member David Paul (pictured with Hunter Evenson) conducted a master class with Viterbo students in the Fine Arts Center March 15.

Touchstone Release Reception March 30

Everyone is invited to celebrate the release of the newest edition of Touchstone, Viterbo’s art and literary magazine, at a reception from 5:30–7:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 30 in the library first floor gallery.

Literary readings will be held at 6:30 p.m.

Chili Champion

Ronelle McKernan of the Inclusion and Diversity Center/Breaking Barriers Club accepts the Honors Program Chili Cook-off traveling championship trophy from Kirsten Gabriel. The event raised $160 and 32 non-perishable food items for Catholic Charities Franciscan Hospitality House, the winner’s choice of recipients.
