The deadline to apply for December 2021 Commencement is Wednesday, Sept. 15. Students completing their degree requirements this fall should apply for graduation now at www.viterbo.edu/commencement. Watch your email in the weeks to come regarding commencement updates.

Nursing students looking to learn more about study abroad opportunities are invited to an information session on Friday, Sept. 10 at 12:20 p.m. in NRC 207. Contact Brianna Rice, bkrice@viterbo.edu with any questions.

Each & Every Day film screening and discussion will take place Wednesday, Sept. 8 from 4:30–6 p.m. and Thursday, Sept. 9 from noon–1:30 p.m. in Brophy 123. Each & Every Day is a documentary about youth mental health through the eyes of young people who have attempted suicide or struggled with suicidal thoughts.

The Recreation Department is hosting a Bean Bag Tournament for students on Thursday, Sept. 16 from 5–7 p.m. Register on IMLeagues.in teams of two by Tuesday, Sept. 14 by 8 p.m. Visit our website for more information.

Intramural season one begins Sept. 20 and runs through Oct. 7. Leagues include dodgeball, basketball, competitive and recreational volleyball. Registration closes Thursday, Sept. 16 at 8 p.m. Register on IMLeagues.

Suicide Prevention Week takes place from Sept. 5–11. Counseling Services has information and awareness displays being held throughout campus during this awareness week. In addition, a suicide prevention booth will be held on Sept. 7 from 8 a.m.–5 p.m. in Viterbo Court.

Group Fitness DEMO Weeks schedule continues through Sept. 10. Classes are free to employees and students. Today’s class is Core n’ More at noon. Be sure to make a reservation prior to coming to class. 

Sign up by today at noon to check out the Escape Rooms in the library on Monday, Sept. 6. There will be a zombie-themed room and a wizardry-themed room.

Today is the deadline to accept the invitation to join Viterbo’s National Society for Leadership and Success (NSLS) chapter. Invitations were sent this summer to eligible individuals.

The Mathy Center will have reduced hours for Labor Day weekend.
