Employees: Michelle Pinzl will host the next workshop/session about social justice and equity at 12:15 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 6. The presentation, “Exploring Our Communities through the Lens of Critical Race Theory,” is intended to build on the information shared during in-service. Explore policies and protocols that colleagues would like to bring to the table to examine and revise as efforts continue to combat racism and injustice. Getting vaccinated for the flu by Halloween is highly recommended this year. Viterbo Health Services will be offering flu vaccines to students and employees on Thursday, Oct. 1 from 11 a.m.–2 p.m. in the small tent between Brophy Center and the School of Nursing Building; Friday, Oct. 2 from 9–11 a.m. in the large tent in Assisi Courtyard; and Thursday, Oct. 8 from 11 a.m.–2 p.m. in the small tent between Brophy Center and the School of Nursing Building. If you are an employee with insurance through Viterbo, insurance will be billed for your vaccination. Otherwise, cost for employees is $17 and for students $7 (SGA will pay the remainder). If you are unable to make the clinic times, you can contact Health Services at 796-3806 to schedule an individual appointment. All persons who come to the clinic must wear a mask and maintain physical distance.
Vendors (clubs and organizations) are invited to participate in the Promise to Humanity farmers market hosted by the Viterbo Student Sustainability Club and the Environmental Responsibility Committee Tuesday, Oct. 6 from 3–6 p.m. in Assisi Courtyard. Watch for the registration form tomorrow.

Undergrad researcher and dietetics mentor at Viterbo are seeking adults ages 18–75 for a veggie study. Participants would follow a 12-week vegetarian diet and participate in two health screenings. If interested, contact Kacie Gross at kgross69620@viterbo.edu.
