10–11 a.m. – Healthy Living Week Meal Prep Class – Nursing 284 Food Lab or Zoom – Join dietetics students for a meal prepping basics class. Participants will learn tips and tricks to save money while eating healthy.
10 a.m.–5 p.m. – Healthy Living Week Bike Social – Viterbo Court – Drift Lacrosse, the community bike rental program, will be on campus promoting their product with a couple of their bikes present for testing. There will be prizes and swag for people who stop by. Viterbo Recreation will be available noon–1 p.m. to discuss the Bike VU! Program.
Noon – Daily Mass – San Damiano Chapel
5–6 p.m. – Healthy Living Week Self Defense Class – Mathy Center Multi-Purpose Room – Join Ironworks Driftless Academy self-defense and MMA expert to learn tips and skills to protect oneself. This is open and free to students. There is a limited class capacity, be sure to reserve your spot.
6–7 p.m. – Healthy Living Week BYOB “Bring Your Own Banana” Sundae Bar – Marian Courtyard – Enjoy a sundae or a banana split. Information regarding Viterbo's Good Samaritan Policy, university normative alcohol, tobacco, and other drug data, as well as community resources will be available.
9 p.m. – Taize Prayer – San Damiano Chapel

Faculty: Sign up to attend or present at the Celebration of Faculty Scholarship, Friday, Oct. 29, from 3:30–5 p.m. in the FAC FSPA Lobby. This event offers a venue to share scholarly or artistic work and for all employees to share wine, beer, and snacks in celebration of scholarship at Viterbo. Faculty who performed, presented, or published in the last year are encouraged to share their work via poster, demonstration, or round-table discussion.
