Tuesday, Nov. 3 is election day. There are many different ways you can vote (and moving to a college campus can add complexities). Stop at the table between Murphy Center and the Varsity Athletics Center from 11 a.m.–1 p.m. today to speak with local non-partisan organizations who can check your voter registration and share what’s on the ballot in the coming election.

Lunch service hours in the Fine Arts Center Lobby will now be from 11:30 a.m.–1 p.m. Monday–Friday. The FAC location has the same options as the Caf. The Caf hours will remain the same, 11 a.m.–2 p.m.

Complimentary cloth masks are available for students and can be picked up from the bin near the alumni office in Reinhart Center 147. Masks were made by Viterbo alumni for students. Limit two per student.

Environmental responsibility committee and student sustainability club have meetings on Wednesday, Sept. 16 from 9–10 a.m. in Murphy Center 378 and Thursday, Sept. 17 from 8–9 p.m. in Reinhart Center 134. Members can attend either one. New members welcome. Email Karen Hurtgen to reserve spot, due to distancing requirements.

Students interested in a short-term study abroad experience in Spain to learn about sports nutrition and the Mediterranean Diet are invited to join an informational meeting Thursday, Sept. 17 from 4:30–5:30 p.m. in the School of Nursing 195. If you’re unable to attend in person, email Brianna Rice at bkrice@viterbo.edu for the online meeting link.

Update your emergency text message and emergency contact information for the 2020 fall term. The emergency text message system notifies Viterbo students and employees via text messages on your cell phone for all campus wide emergencies, while the emergency contact information will help the university notify a family or friend in case of an emergency to you. This information can be updated online via Vitnet at http://vitnet.viterbo.edu. For student click on Emergency Contact under the Academic Profile section. For employees click on Emergency Contact under the Supervisor Resources section. Update your information by Sept 30.
