1–2 p.m. Writing Assistance Helpline. During this time, writing specialists are available for quick writing-related questions without appointment. Use this link, also accessible through the Starfish Connect Writing Assistance landing page, to submit questions. During helpline hours, you can expect a response within minutes.

2–3 p.m. Employee Photos – Brophy Center 125. For any employee needing their photo taken or updated.

The FSPA convent courtyard is not available for Viterbo students and employees. It is only open to members of the FSPA.

Lunch service hours in the Fine Arts Center Lobby will now be from 11:30 a.m.–1 p.m. Monday–Friday. The FAC location has the same options as the Caf. The Caf hours will remain the same, 11 a.m.–2 p.m.

Complimentary cloth masks are available for students and can be picked up from the bin near the Alumni Office in Reinhart Center 147. Masks were made by Viterbo alumni for students. Limit two per student.

Environmental responsibility committee and student sustainability club have meetings on Wednesday, Sept. 16 from 9–10 a.m. in Murphy Center 378 and Thursday, Sept. 17 from 8–9 p.m. in Reinhart Center 134. Members can attend either one. New members welcome. Email Karen Hurtgen to reserve a spot, due to distancing requirements.

Students interested in a short-term study abroad experience in Spain to learn about sports nutrition and the Mediterranean Diet are invited to join an informational meeting Thursday, Sept. 17 from 4:30–5:30 p.m. in the School of Nursing 195. Family Day 2020: Last chance to write a card/s to send home to family. Stop by the School of Nursing Building lobby or the table just outside of the Academic Resource Center and grab a card/s for your family to tell them you are thinking of them. Return to either dropbox (same as pickup) by 5 p.m. today.

The Viterbo University D.B. Reinhart Institute for Ethics in Leadership virtual Leadership at Noon series will open with CROPP Cooperative CEO Bob Kirchoff from noon–1 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 15 on Facebook Live. Click for complete details.

Attend Service Saturday Sept. 19 from 8:30 a.m.–1 p.m. There is space for people to serve at Mississippi Valley Conservancy, The Good Fight Campaign, GROW La Crosse, Kane Street Garden, and Habitat for Humanity.
