The recreation department is hosting a Golf Scramble for students on Tuesday, Sept. 21. Individuals must register in advance. The cost is $10 per student, and club rentals are also offered.
Register for a workshop in Japanese calligraphy led by Nishiki Sugawara-Beda on Tuesday, Sept. 21 from 9:30 a.m.–noon in Fine Arts Center 314. She will conduct it virtually. Join the Breaking Barriers Diversity Club for their first meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 14 at 7 p.m. in NRC 101. During the meeting new people will be introduced, future events will be discussed, and there will be a small activity to learn about the basics of diversity. All are welcome to attend.

On Tuesday, Sept. 14 from 1–3 p.m. campus safety, physical plant, and student life will conduct fire drills in all campus buildings.
During the fire drills, fire alarms, or any fire emergencies everyone should evacuate to the designated rally point. The designated evacuation rally point for all residence halls is Lot Q across from the physical plant. The designated rally point for the academic buildings is Assisi Courtyard. During severe weather, extreme cold weather, extreme hot weather all persons should rally at the Mathy Center. Either residence life or campus security will respond after hours to let the evacuees in the Mathy Center. Do not leave the rally point until the all clear has been given. If this is not a drill you will receive additional information at the rally point.

The Vaccine Reward Program has been extended until Sept. 19. Anyone ages 12 and up who gets their first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine by the deadline will be eligible to to receive a $100 Visa gift card. Proof of insurance, citizenship, or ID is not required.
